I combine 25 years leadership experience, global corporate transformation expertise, and accredited coaching practice to help leaders adapt how they lead through complexity and uncertainty.
Leadership Experience
With 25 years of leadership experience, I’ve built and led high‑performing teams, designed operating structures that scale, and navigated the pressure of delivering results.
Corporate Experience
Senior roles within complex, high‑performance organisations such as Amazon and Vodafone, I’ve led large‑scale global technology programmes and business transformation across functions, geographies and cultures.
Coaching Experience
Six years of coaching experience within corporate environments, supported by ILM training and ICF accreditation. My coaching is firmly rooted in the realities of senior leadership.
When not working with corporate leaders, I’m working with Archie
Archie is my smart cocker spaniel, and search and rescue teammate
We work as a genuine partnership. We each play a different role; him with his powerful nose and natural trailing talent, and my situational awareness and behavioural understanding.
Our success depends on how well we combine these strengths and adapt to the environment we’re working in. We pay attention to what matters, filtering out distraction, and adjusting our approach as the situation evolves.
We come home to beautiful North Dorset surrounded by stunning natural beauty and lots of cows and sheep. It’s the perfect place to recharge, ready to tackle the relentlessly changing corporate environment with my clients.
